BOOKING POLICY

RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedules or cancellations. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

NO-SHOWS:
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it. In such cases, a late fee may apply.

REFUNDS AND REPAIRS:
As our treatments are time-based services, refunds are not available unless a genuine health concern arises or the issue persists after a repair. We’re always happy to rectify any concerns—usually free of charge or for a small fee, depending on the situation.
